Chocolatey-Chocolatey Banana Bread

1 tsp Baking soda

1 c. Semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir into the banana mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.

My comments:
This is probably the best banana bread I've ever had!! It was sooooo good! It was so soft, so moist and the banana flavour was totally awesome. Since I had extra banana I had to get rid of, I made Honey Banana Bread using the above recipe but with the following modifications:
- Omit the chocolate chips
- Replace the brown sugar with 1 cup of honey
This is a delicious recipe and very healthy. It's not as sweet as the chocolate chip one but it was just as soft and moist, with a hint of honey flavour.
